Organization Settings
Manage your organization details, billing, and team members.
General Settings
Navigate to Settings to configure your organization.
Organization Details
| Field | Description |

| Name | Your organization's display name |
| Country | Primary country of operation |
| Base Currency | Default currency for reports |
| Financial Year Start | First month of your financial year |
| Tax ID | Your business tax identification number |
Billing
Navigate to Settings > Billing to manage your subscription, view invoices, and update payment methods.
Team Members
Navigate to Settings > Members to manage who has access to your organization.
Inviting Members
- Click Invite Member
- Enter the email address
- Select a role
- The invited user receives an email to join
Roles
| Role | Permissions |
|---|---|
| Owner | Full access, can delete the organization |
| Admin | Full access except organization deletion |
| Member | Standard access to all modules |
| Viewer | Read-only access |
Advisors
Navigate to Settings > Advisors to invite external advisors (accountants, bookkeepers) with controlled access to your books.
